24r Grafix believes in customer satisfaction and provides highest level of customer service.

If your job has errors of any kind which may include Artwork defects, errors in the text or defective electronic file, you must notify us within two hours. If we do not receive any notification within two hours of the receipt of artwork then it will be deemed to be correct and sent for printing. If we receive notification regarding errors in your artwork, we will then send written instructions for you to rectify any faults that may exist. If we have failed to follow your instructions and have printed merchandise with manufacturing defects we will reprint your job. 24r Grafix Reserves the right to verify manufacturing defect has transpired or not.

COLOUR MATCHING

Your order is printed by the highest quality printing machines that are acceptable by the printing trade and will be produced with highest quality colour printing. We do not guarantee colour matching due to the limitations of monitor calibration, ink, paper & printing processes . We do not guarantee colour matching with your personal printer or monitor. We do not guarantee folding without cracks as it is unavoidable on a product like paper made out of fibre.

ELECTRONIC ARTWORK

We do not take any responsibility for customer supplied electronic artwork including wrong file format, low resolution pictures , graphics, rgb images missing fonts, wrong instruction, wrong mailing instructions. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of your electronic artwork therefore check your artwork and proof read it carefully!!

We are not liable for any damages or claims sustained by you or your business as a result of receiving printed materials of defective nature or incomplete or were late than the estimated delivery date.

 

Our guarantee will not cover mailing fees, postage or incidental or consequential damages or claims. 24r Grafix is not responsible for Australia Post or other carrierís delivery errors including loss or delay.

We will not be liable for failing to meet deadlines due to incorrect electronic file or any other cause of delay.

We take care to ensure good colour reproduction, cutting
and good quality printing. Some circumstances are out of our control and are not covered by this guarantee. We will not be responsible for:

     Errors or colour selection errors in customerís artwork file.

    Colour matching with your personal printer or monitor or any other source. We do not  guarantee folding without cracks as it is unavoidable on a product like paper made out of fibre.

    Incorrect shipping address provided to us by the customer or other errors created by the customer.

    Duplicate orders placed by the customer.

    Incorrect file dimensions. Layout, scoring, folding hole drilling, die cutting or other customer services.

    Damage and loss during transportation: It is the customerís responsibility to make sure that the goods are insured prior to dispatch from 24r Grafix. The insurance must be to the value of the goods being ordered.

    You must note on the delivery docket immediately upon receipt damage to the goods only if they have been damaged or reprinting will not be undertaken. No reprinting will be done if the damage to the goods is consequential by the customerís negligence.

TEMPLATES

We cannot guarantee any file or template downloaded from our website to be accurate. Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their artwork is accurate and ready to print.
24r Grafix owners, directors, employees, officers and linked companies will not be held responsible for any losses that may occur due to inaccurate electronic artwork.

SHIPMENT

24r Grafix will not be liable for failing to meet printing dead lines which shall not entitle the customer for any damages or compensation.

24r Grafix owners, directors, employees, officers and linked companies will not be held responsible for late delivery or non-delivery of goods and services ordered from us unless through gorse negligence or deliberate breach of these terms by 24r Grafix.

24r Grafix under no circumstances be liable to any loss of profits or indirect loss Ė including consequential loss Ė incurred by the customer or third parties through late or non delivery of goods & services.

Goods are shipped using the most economical and convenient method and rote. 24r Grafix has the right to charge customer for delivery if we have to comply with special delivery instructions of the customer.

The customer must note on the delivery docket immediately upon receipt, damage to the goods only if they have been damaged or reprinting will not be undertaken. No reprinting will be done if the damage to the goods is consequential by the customerís negligence.

24r Grafix Reserves the right to verify manufacturing defect has transpired or not.

All delivery docket numbers and other relevant details must be sent to 24r Grafix within three days



LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

Damage and loss during transportation: It is the customerís responsibility to make sure that the goods are insured prior to dispatch from 24r Grafix. The insurance must be to the value of the goods being ordered.

 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership of all good supplied to the customer will remain the property of 24r Grafix until all dues are paid for full.

The customer will not be the owner of the goods in his or her possession and will act on behalf of the 24r Grafix as a bailee of goods delivered as the ownership remains with 24r Grafix.

Resold goods by the customer should retain proceeds from the sale and forward the value of the invoice for those goods to 24r Grafix.

24r Grafix has the right to repossess goods following default by the customer and will not be liable for any damages or other monies in process of repossession.

Immediately upon dispatch of goods the risk shall pass on to the customer and should insure the goods and in safe keeping.

 

RETURNS

24r Grafix will not accept any return of goods unless consented in writing. This will only apply in case of  manufacturing defects. 24r Grafix Reserves the right to verify manufacturing defect has transpired or not.

All delivery costs will be paid by the customer and goods returned undamaged in their original packaging.
